About Jack

Common Ground REALTOR® Jack Regan brings extensive experience working on the financial side of real estate as a business development officer serving homeowners, investors, and builders. He joins the team after almost 39 years in the world of banking in New York City and Atlanta, working at community banks in Tucker and Decatur for the last fifteen years.

Jack has deep ties to the DeKalb County community as a member of Leadership DeKalb’s Class of 2008 and through board service for Friends School of Atlanta (Treasurer), the Seed and Feed Marching Abominable Endowment, and the DeKalb History Center (twice President).

Over the years, he’s built a strong knowledge of Atlanta’s neighborhoods and will be happy to share that knowledge with his clients.

Jack graduated from Saint John’s University with a B.A. in psychology and moved to Atlanta in 1988 with his wife, Ginger Krawiec, a Program Director in the Research Department of the American Cancer Society. The couple fell in love with the South when they moved here, and have deeply immersed themselves in the culture of the region, from music, to literature to food to visual arts. You are likely to find them at a table at Eddie’s Attic listening to live music or at an arts festival adding to their collection of outsider art and folk pottery. They have one son, Brian, a graduate of the Paideia School and NYU, who now lives in Los Angeles seeking fame and fortune as a screenwriter.

Buying a home can be among the most stressful life events you encounter. Jack will work hard to make it a pleasant experience with the expertise and resources of the Common Ground Real Estate team behind him.

“It’s happening! I’m moving in! None of this excitement and pure joy would have been at all possible without your care, support, advice, and incredible sense of humor. I’d never have expected this process would be so darned enjoyable! You are an absolute dearheart, and it has been an utter pleasure working with you! Thank you!” – Stephanie Smith
